Place of Renown

From red-brick factory to a palace of dreams; Furneaux Stewart took the underpinnings of a 1930s building and created from it a welcoming, beautiful and utterly appropriate setting and museum for the two marques.

The history and aristocratic lineage of the two very contrasting marques were displayed with in the Place of Renown museum. Individual chronologies were charted, while the central showcases added literal depth to the fascinating stories of key personalities involved throughout their long histories leading up
to the acquisition of Rolls-Royce by BMW and of Bentley Motors by
Volkswagen AG.
